Fun pencils

The colors really went with all their other school supplies and they write smoothly and are the perfect #2 pencils for school work. Kids love these and so do moms for the high quality lead and mess free, no sharpening needed ease!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think they are great because they keep my kids doing their work. Both kids would rather use these than a pen. I like this idea because this means I don't have to spend a fortune on white out, or get a headache from smelling it!

Replacement Lead

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I figured it's a mechanical pencil. the lead will break frequently and I will have to change it out several times a week...been 4 weeks and going strong. No lead change needed - no breakage just clean smooth pencil lines! #BICVelocity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 13 year old daughter has fell in love with using BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils. She said they dont break as easy as other mechanical pencils. She also love the fact they have a cap over the eraser she feel this keeps it clean which helps when erasing stuff i doesnt smear and make a mess. She said the the grips make it easy to old and it feels like the pencil glides right across the paper. She loves the colors they come in. Its always a plus to find something your teenager loves to use!!!!

Perfect Mechanical Pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The BIC Velocity mechanical pencil has to be one of the best I have tried. It writes very nicely and writes darker compared to others. The lead does not break as easily as others I have used and it erases very nicely without all that eraser mess. My daughter loves the colors of the pencils, the lead is not colored just the shell of the pencil, and how comfortable it feels while writing due to soft rubber grip. Very easy to change the lead and eraser, just pop off the eraser and drop the lead in or pop on new eraser, so simple. Very nice to get both refills of lead and erasers with these pencils. We are very pleased with these and I will continue to buy these mechanical pencils.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bic really did it with these mechanical pencils. My niece uses these to do her school work, now that they're back to school. She prefers these over the regular old pencils, and honestly, so do i! I use them at work.. They write so much neater, and cleaner.. and they're better to handle. AND, a funny fact, is that kids aren't compelled to chew on them, like they do with the other pencils.
The erasers don't smudge and they clean up perfectly. No pieces falling off, or making a mess.
