Great pencils for adults and kids

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] BIC Velocity mechanical pencils are great for writing, drawing, or just about anything else. The lead is smooth and dark, and it is easy to erase those many mistakes made. They are fun colors, and very comfortable with the soft grips. My daughter loves to write and doodle, and is loving her BIC Velocity pencils. She has her pencil and notebook with her at all times.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used exclusively mechanical pencils for my erasable writing needs over the past 5 years, and BIC is simply the best. Super easy to use, they write smooth, they're easy to refill, and they're super convenient. No mess involved like with conventional wooden pencils. Plus they're a lot more comfortable and modern looking. Really excellent product, and it's great for back-to-school.

easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter likes to draw all the time and most mechanical pencils make it hard for her to do this because they tend to break when you press to hard, which of course is very frustrating because it interrupts you when you are drawing. When she draws with the Bic Velocity she does not have the frustration of the lead breaking continuously, also has a fluid motion that allows her to deploy different techniques when she draws. She has gotten to the point that this is the first pencil she grabs and is not happy when she can not find one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter is in high school and loves these pencils. They have very smooth writing lead, which she is super picky about. The lead also doesn't break as easily as other mechanical pencils. These will be our new go to pencil in the future.

Tough Lead

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used mechanical pencils since I was in grade school. I like the fact that there is no need for sharpening, but the one thing I did not like is that most lead breaks easily. I was surprised that BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencil lead does not easily break even if I write heavily. Because of this feature, this product has my two thumbs up.
