excited for the new pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter was excited to try the BIC velocity Mechanical Pencils. She loved having them for the 1st day of school. She likes mechanical pencils in general but she told me she loved these ones. She loves the colors and how thick and comfortable they felt in her hand. These pencils have a nice clip that holds them to her paper when she is not using them. They are made from a durable plastic that wont break easy and has a nice metal tip for the lead to slip thru so the lead stays put.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils are the best, my kids love them and so do I.They look and feels more like a pen than a mechanical pencil.The lead is nice and bold, and writes cleanly and the eraser does the job.It's far off the best mechanical pencil I have ever try.Love the fun and super cool colors and the fact that it came with extra lead and eraser too.My kids don't want to use other pencils anymore only their BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils.Thanks BIC !!! #BICVelocity #GotItFree

Back to school pencils

Awesome pencils!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two boys and they only like to use mechanical pencils so we were very excited to try Bic Velocity mechanical pencils. We have tried just about every other kind of mechanical pencil so I couldn't wait to see what my kids thought about the new Bic Velocity pencils. First, the likes the bright colors of the pencils. I let them use the pencils for several times before I asked them what they thought. Here's my boys opinion of the pencils:
The feel: My boys thought the pencils for well in their hands and were comfortable to hold. They really liked how comfortable the grip on the pencil was.
Writing: They thought the pencils wrote very smooth and the lead didn't break real easy. We have tried several pencils where the lead breaks all the time and they didn't experience that with these pencils. They wrote just as well if not better than a wooden number 2 pencil.
Overall opinion: One of my boys favorite thing of these pencils is the click mechanism on the side of the pencil instead of on the eraser. They said it is easier to use. They also liked the grip on the pencil and said the erasers worked great too. They even commented that the pack came with several replacement erasers which they really liked.
I think it's safe to say the Bic Velocity mechanical pencils were a big hit at our house. My boys have used several mechanical pencils and are kinda picky when it comes to their pencils but they have a asked me if we have more of these pencils. Therefore, it's one of their favorite pencils they have used. We give them a two thumbs up!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bic has really made some good pencils. They are not cheap feeling like most mechanical pencils, and are durable and hold up to my kids using them. They have a nice eraser and it last along time. They have a great design that fit good in your hand .

Fun Mechanical Pencils for Back to School

The lead does not break easily like cheaper brands. The small carrying container makes it easy to throw in her pencil bag to have refills and back up erasers on hand.
