Awesome Pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not a big fan of pencils in general and definitely not of mechanical pencils. When I tried these they write really smooth and I love that it is the size of a pen! I also like that the erasers aren't those hard ones that just smear the lead all over, its soft yet firm and erases clean. I'm honestly in love with these #BICVelocity pencil and I #GotItFree.

Smooth writing and Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pencils are loved by my children and myself. They look nice, are inexpensive, and effective. They look modern, are approved for school use, and easy to function. I have seen them at many stores near me, so they are easily accessible, and replacement lead if easy to find as well as inexpensive also. My kids thoroughly enjoy the different colors and get to match them to their personalities and likes. We will continue to use these in our homes!

Great Mechanical Pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Bic Velocity Mechanical Pencils are not just in pretty colors but they work great too. The leads are nice and smooth and dark enough as well - -they are #2 HB so they can be used for test taking!! They also come with extra leads and erasers too.And also, they are very comfortable (with a rubbery grip) to use which is very important. We really love these pencils! I also really like that they have the look of a pen, even the eraser has a cap on it to give it that plastic push button feel. Great set! I recommend them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These lead pencils are by far the best I've ever used. My boys where excited to get them just in time for school to start. They write si well, plus you got free lead & erasers. They kept a pack & gave the other pack to their friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids are pretty happy any time they get something new. It is me that is pleasantly surprised with these pencils! I am amazed with the fact that the lead doesn't break with each word you write like traditional mechanical pencils. I like the bright colors too. I could take or leave the eraser and I don't care for the cap on it. Apparently if you lose the eraser the pencil is trash. So, I guess that's not great but again, the saying power of the lead is to die for!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to start out by saying... I LOVE LOVE LOVE these velocity mechanical pencils by Bic! I am super picky about the pencils I choose to write with. I do NOT like lead that writes soft, I like lead that writes with a nice rich, dark lead and these deliver just that! I am all about qulality when it comes to my penmanship and this style of lead just fits my style of life. I feel the smooth, dark lead improves my penmanship 10fold and as a bonus improves my artistic side as well. The colors they come in are def a bonus of fun and the pack also gives extra lead refills to get you to the next time you have to head to to the store to get more (and trust me, you will want to continue to by that replacement lead for these). I also enjoyed the softer rubber like cushioning around the lower part of the pencil for added comfort to those like me who tend to hold on tight when they wrote!
