Love these Velocity pencils!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hoping these new Velocity pencils would last longer than the paper ate mechanical pencils we usually buy. The Bic Velocity pencils write smooth, do not break the lead easily and erase well. Kids love them at school so far and they have been lasting with only the first piece of lead still in them.

I have a 13 yr old that does nothing but draw and write all day, and the refillable option is great! I also like that they come with extra erasers, because my 1st grader has a lot of erasing to do with her doodling on her homework!!! Comfortable, efficient, easy!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think that BIC has outdone themselves with this new pencil ...common mechanical pencil DEFINITELY not. The lead is very smooth and makes writing very easy legible and readable... The LEAD is also darker then what you would find in any other pencil I'm definitely impressed. I love this new mechanical pencil and so does my son. Definitely recommend it and all those sharing is nice my son definitely is not going to share these mechanical pencils instead he will pass off the regular number 2 pencils... He says mom no way

LOVE THESE PENCILS!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the pencils came in the mail, I eagerly opened them to try them out. I am a sucker for writing utensils! I love the way they right and how great the erasers work. Needless to say....my kids felt the same way. School started and the pencils are gone. I am sure they are hidden away in the book bags. They obviously loved the pencils as much as I did.

Great pencils, saves time and $

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We loved these pencils, my children who are 14 and 11 have been using them, (as well as myself ) drawing with the sharp point and no need to pick up pencil shavings. Usually I find shavings everywhere, I was hesitant to purchase mechanical pencils because they always broke so easily. These were great, they didn't break, and motivated the kids to write more :-) we packed a few for school, thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think that the new velocity mechanical pencil from BIC is a winner in my house, where i have 9 year old nephew that isnt really into writting or reading much, hetook 2 of these to school on wednesday, and on thursday i got a note from his teacher stating how she didnt know what i did but my nephew has completed more work in the last 2 days then he has since school started. So i would say yes he gets alot more done with these pencils! So thank you BIC and the bzz for my cool samples!

Super smooth strong lead

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like these pencils better than others I have used. The lead was stronger and did not break like usual lead pencils do. We have all been using these pencils since we got them. They write really smoothly, and erase well too. The kids like that they come in fun colors, and I like that the price is really reasonable. They are comfortable to hold even for smaller hands.
