In Love of BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two daughters, ages 11 and 15, and they LOVE these pencils! They are easy to grip and write really smooth. The erasers don't smear. The lead doesn't break as often as other mechanical pencils do. They also love how the set comes with extra lead and erasers. Plus, these pencils come in cute colors and look really good. I will definitely be buying more. #BICVelocity #GOTITFREE

Tired of Sharpening?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely amazed at how comfortable the BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils are to use. Also, my daughter was overly excited at the different colors and not have to keep sharpening. She chose a different color every day, and even wanted to take a set to school. The lead writes smooth and erases cleanly which is a huge issue when it comes to kids school work. I can't say enough of good things, all I can say is "try them, you won't be disappointed".

We have been in school for over a month now, and none of them have asked me for more lead or new pencils. They last!! ...which is saying something for how often theyou get used. Love these pencils!

BIC Velocity Mechanical pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE these pencils but don't really ever use pencils. I signed on to do this BzzAgent campaign because my school age kids wanted to try these. Both kids teachers told them they don't like them using them as they create a distraction in the classroom. The boys use them to do homework and enjoy using them. I have noticed how much better they are than what I used when I was in school YEARS ago! The lead is stronger and they erase better/cleaner than before. I'm not sure if I would buy them again since they can't use them in school but they are nice.

Broken Lead

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter was excited to get her first set of mechanical pencils as a new 6th grader. Unfortunately she told me after a few days that all her pencils were useless because the lead kept breaking. We went to the store and picked a different set of mechanical pencils and they have worked great.

Great Pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids and I love these pencils. The grip helps my little one hold onto the pencil better. The lead does not break as easily as it does with other mechanical pencils. I love that you can use replacement ink and erasers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a heavy handed 9 year old and a hardheaded 14 year old. I have caught them "stealing" their favorite colors out of the pack of pencils that were sent to me. My little one loves using them to work in his summer workbooks and my oldest uses them while freshening up his Algebra skills. The 14 year old has requested them for school and I will do or buy anything possible, if it means he is excited about learning and it helps him be successful!
