Smooth Writing Pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received Bic Velocity mechanical pencils to try. I decided to put the pencils anywhere I would usually use pens to force myself to use them regularly in different situations. At first I found myself breaking the lead frequently. But after continued use, I found that I no longer was breaking the lead. There are numerous benefits of these pencils. Such as, if the lead breaks, another lead smoothly transitions, you do not have to keep pushing on the pencil. Another thing I love about the pencils is the eraser. The eraser has a cap on it. I admit, it took a little getting used to, taking the lid off. But the eraser does a great job. I love the way the pencils write. As much as I have been writing, I still have not had to add more lead. I would recommend these pencils to anyone who uses pencils, not just students. I will purchase these pencils in the future.

Great pencil, but poor eraser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencil is a nice sturdy pencil. The lead is smooth, the grip is comfortable, it comes in great colors. But there is more to a pencil than just the lead... There is also an eraser. Unfortunately, the BIC velocity mechanical pencils eraser doesn't hold up. It may be because of the thickness of the lead or the intensity of its pigment, but regardless of cause, it doesn't completely erase without considerable effort...meaning you'll run out of eraser too soon. In summary, this is a great pencil, and just average eraser.

All Time Favorite

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical in trying these as I thought for sure they would be just like any other mechanical pencil out there that easily breaks. Boy was I wrong. The lead is so soft and durable. It is hard to break. It is also so easy to erase any mistakes. I will definitely be keeping these on my list.

Bic Velocity Pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually don't use mechanical pencils but these were amazing! The grip on them feels great. I didn't break the lead which I have always had an issue with. I didn't have to try and feed the lead back into the pencil. These pencils were above and beyond any other mechanical pencil that I have used.

Super writing tools

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 10 year old loves these bid velocity pencils. They are so easy to use,the lead lasts long,they write so smooth,and they refill easily. The eraser is like magic making all mistakes invisible and no mess. My daughter looks forward to doing her homework because the pencils are so cool. All the kids are begging for them at school.

Best Pencil ever

He said now he won't have to bother sharpening his pencils anymore. He also asked me why I didn't come up with a pencil like this earlier. " Funny guy"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purposely waited for school to start Sony 16 yr old could try the pencils as well. We loved this product. I went out looking for a different lead but I couldn't find it. My daughter has take a whole pack & takes them to school.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bic Mechanical pencils are quite nice!! The grip is comfortable and my fingers sit very nicely in the grooves! I like the cap on the eraser. keeps my eraser clean and dry. My daughter however does not like the cap!! She says does not like to take the cap off and on every time she has to erase something.
