My kids love these!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to think a pencil was just a pencil, but not so after using these. I had all of my kids take one and they were immediately thrilled with the extra erasers. They no longer would need to throw away a pencil full of lead because the eraser was used up. The lead itself glides nicely and is nice and dark. That being said, it erases better than most. The variety of bright colors was a bonus as there was a color each of my children were happy with. The only thing that seems unnecessary is the plastic cap over the eraser. After they use the eraser once, we never see the cap again. When my kids reach for a pencil to do their homework, these are the ones they go for first. That's all I need to know!

Perfect for homework

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are perfect for homework time. My kids are always trying to find excuses to not do their homework. Their favorite is I don't have a pencil, or its not sharpened. Now they don't have that excuse. I keep the pencils put away and give then one when they get home. And now they can't use the excuse that it's not sharpened either. Works really well for kids that make mistakes and have to erase a lot. It erases really clean and the leads last a long time.

Fantastic Lead, Nice Grip

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils. I prefer pencils for notes and drawing, and mechanical pencils make traveling easier. No sharpener needed! Quick sketches, jot down a note, or write a rough draft, this pencil is fantastic. The lead doesn't stick. It's super smooth, so no stuttering like I've found when using mechanical pencils. My lines are easy, fluid, and smooth. No squeak either! The grip of this pencil is very comfortable. I'm impressed, a nice mechanical pencil that I've had decent results with my sketching and shading.

Great pencils!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really enjoying these bic velocity pencils. I love the array of colors! I've had issues with using erasers on mechanical pencils in the past. Either they break apart, fall off when used, or don't really erase much at all. Not the case with these! The fluidity of writing with the pencil is fabulous. Overall, these are great pencils!

Smooth as Silk

The lead seems a lot smoother than any other mechanical pencil I have used. My 16 year old son took a couple to school and he hasn't lost them yet which means he loves them! I am also a big fan of the colors!

These are a hit with my kids

She loves the colors and was even able to choose her favorite one. The lead seems to be better than that of regular lead pencils and the erasers are awesome. They completely erase whatever

Best pencils ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As self obsessed stationary geek, I love all things writing. These Bic pencils are the absolute best automatic pencils I've ever used. They have a soft grip and are easy to write with, but the best part is that they write so darkly and precisely. Most mechanical pencils are too light to use on school work or for projects, but these are dark and resemble a typical lead pencil. The colors are great, the grip is great and I've already purchased 2 more packs for this year's school year. Awesome.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pencils write nicely, erase clean, and my daughter prefers them to traditional yellow pencils. I like that they come with extra erasers also because those always seem to be empty way before the lead runs out!
