Smooth writing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked these pencils. They write really smooth and when erased they erase really clean. Very good priced too. My daughter is using them for school (Jr high) and is loving them. The colors are pretty and there is no need for her to her to get up and sharpen her pencil. They also last a really long time. Definitely will be buying more of them.

Loved these pencils

They loved all the bright colors and how the pencils would be easy to find in their pencil cases. The loved writing with them and that they didn't have to worry about sharpening them. Being in grade school, they make mistakes that need to be erased and these pencils erased very easily. All in all, a great mechanical pencil that my kids loved!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While writing is not my kid's favorite activity, at least they can't complain about the tools they're using! Bic Velocity mechanical pencils are awesome! They are very sturdy, write like a pen, and are comfortable to use. I love the capped erasers, too. These will be great for graphing, robotics, and math for my Senior. I might have to sneak one or two for my personal use as well! I usually avoid mechanical pencils because I am an "intense" writer. I usually push too hard and break the lead. These seemed to hold up just fine for me. I think I've found my new favorite pencil!

Easy to use, comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These mechanical pencils are great. They write easily, are comfortable to grip. The lead doesn't slide in and out when writing, which happens a lot in cheap mechanical pencils. There is a cap for the eraser, which I find odd. Its inconvenient to remove and replace each time I need to erase something, but it does keep dirt off of the eraser when it's shoved in a backpack. My kids loved the cool colors and we're excited to choose one for their own. The only change I would make is either have a larger eraser cap so I don't lose it as easily, or just get rid of it entirely. With a small child under two, I'd hate for her to get a hold of it. I would definitely purchase these in future for my own school and my children as well.

Great pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are probably the best mechanical pencils we have used at our house, and I've tried a lot! They write very smoothly, and the lead is strong enough to not break off 5 times per page! They also erase very cleanly, not leaving behind mystery grey lines on the paper. I'm so happy my kids like using these and we aren't fighting over sharpening the old style!

They are easy to find in the art box, with the beautiful colors that stand out! She loves how the erase completely and that the lead doesn't break on her! Definitely will be kept in Stock for homework and art projects.

Mine came with extra erasers and lead and since erasers are always the first to go I was pretty excited. I have to hide them from my children because I want them to myself. :)
