Kids Love These!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave these to my kids recently for cleaning up their rooms and for getting ready for school. They were both (boy 10, girl 7) super excited to get their own pack each. They thought the colors were fun and couldn't get over how the refill pack has BOTH erasers and lead! They put some in their pencil box and brough them to school from the first day on. My daughter said these were the "fanciest" pencils she has ever had and is very proud to show them off to her friends at school.

Kids love them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a six and ten year old and they both just went back to school. Along with 5th and 1st grades come homework. The BIC Velocity pencils are great! My kids love the colors and the feel of the pencil. They are easy for small hands to grasp. The writing is smooth. The leads don't break easily which is nice when you have kids bearing down on pencils just willing them to break. And with lead re-fills the kids can't complain they have no lead to finish the work. Other brands we have tried tend to have thinner lead and break easily and often. This frustrates young ones. BIC Velocity holds up even with rough use by my kids. I would definitely recommend these pencils to other moms.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son used for his school work . Loves how it writes but told me the eraser needs to be improved a little because it smears more then anything. That I can deal with because of how it writes plus trying it for free as a bzzagent. So only one thing we see needs improvement is really a good thing in our books. Keep up the good work

Bic velocity mechanical pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We find these pencils easy to hold. The included lead writes smoothly without tearing the paper. It is dark enough to read clearly and erases easily. The design is "cool" according to my kids and they like the eraser protector feature. I almost lost the eraser cover the first time I took it off though. My daughter did have trouble with the lead falling onto the eraser and pushing the eraser almost out of the pencil during erasing. All in all, they are great pencils for writing, but not as good at erasing.

My daughter just loves them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter loves to write. When she writes she loves to use mechanical pencils. I am not a fan of them. The lead is constantly breaking and we are constantly buying replacements because they break so often. They don’t usually have a smoothness to they way they write. They also don’t erase to well. They leave a smudge on the paper every time. So when we had the option of trying a free sample of the BIC® Velocity® Mechanical Pencils I honestly didn’t think they could be much different than the previous ones we have tried. Boy was I wrong. The have comfortable rubber grip which makes it easy for my Girls to hold. The lead is stronger and doesn’t constantly break. It has lots of refillable lead and erasers. The eraser is smooth and doesn’t leave the smudges on the paper. My daughter just loves them. She said that they are the only pencils she wants for school

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this product. First I love the cool colors and a grip that makes pencil easy to hold. Erases beautifully. It comes with refillable plenty Ieads and erasers. In fact I gave my 11 year old son to try the pencil out and he gave me the same review. He also told me forget regular pencil this is now my new favorite.
