Smooth writer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bic Velocity mechanical pencil is great! Writing with them it fun. The lead writes smoother than other pencils I've used. The different color barrels give you a variety to choose from. I am excited to send my kids to school with these this year!

Bic Velocity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have five school aged kids but only the middle and high schoolers got to use these great pencils. They also have the cheaper pencils they let friends borrow but not these. First time they've actually held onto a pencil longer than a few days! They like that they can just refill the lead and the extra erasers. They also like the bright colors. The pencils are sturdy, now if they only had magical study powers... (Ignore his shirt...he is in high school now!) #GotItFree. #Bzzzagent

Great for older kids

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pencils are good. I only gave 4 stars because they are not good for kids under 9 or so. The younger kids tend to push down hard when they write and break the lead. But, this is with almost all mechanical pencils. Otherwise, they write great and erase well. I like that they come with extra erasers and lead. The erasers go faster and most mechanical pencils don't come with extra anything.
Overall, a great product and haservice a decent price compared to other brands.

Great Mechanical pencil for any age!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You may think that the excitement of new school supplies may be over for older teens. Not true! My daughters and their friends were very excited about the Bic Velocity Mechanical Pencils I received in my BzzKit. They loved deciding who got which color pencil. They also enjoyed trying them out before homework begins. The mechanical pencils work great. It's also great that the package comes with both extra lead and erasers. Bic Velocity Mechanical Pencils will be in the back packs of both High School students and college students this school year!

nice pencils but expensive

We love these pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pencils have given homework a new smiley face. They are easier to grip for my son and seem to make his handwritten homework neater. We are highly impressed and although they sell the replacement lead, which they came with an extra tube of it in the package we will likely purchase them again!
