Tough and Sturdy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually don't let the kids use mechanical pencils because the lead breaks so easily but that has not been the case with Bic Velocity. So far they have not broken them once! Truly enjoying these pencils and the little bit of convenience it brings.

Smooth as butter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a week in school I have gotten a full report on the Bic Velocity pencils. My son loves the feel of this pencil. He says the grip is just the right size and the lead is very strong. Even though the lead is the same thickness of his other mechanical pencils he states that he does not have to keep pumping the lead out due to breaks or it wearing down. Happy kid does his homework! :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lead seems to be darker and smoother when writing and no need to sharpen is always a plus. My son only uses mechanical pencils and has some pretty neat ones and metals ones and uses them for drawing also he says he likes the lead in these better then the "old" kind.

Best Mechanical Pencils!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like these pencils. They almost look just like a pen. The grip on it makes writing so much easier and better than the mechanical pencils with no grip. I love the variety of colors they come in. I also like that the bigger packages come with extra lead and eraser tops. Speaking of erasers, these erasers erase much smoother. I would definitely recommend these. My daughter took a couple to school and she loved them. She uses them at home too. She was amazed at how good they erase if she made a mistake.
