Great pencils

Easy writing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] School started this week for my 13 yr old son. There has been a lot of papers to fill out this year already. Last year, by the end of the first week, he was complaining about how much his hands and fingers hurt from having to write so much. This year I haven't heard one complaint. I asked him if he was using the BIC Velocity pencils. He said that he was and he likes them. He says that the gripper is very comfy. He also said that when he erases the lead nothing is left on the paper.
I have used the pencils a few times for grocery lists. The pencil writes smooth and erases great. I love the colors, the extra erasers, and extra lead.

First day of school

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My children are home from their first day of school and I asked what they thought of the new Bic Velocity pencils. They both said that the pencils were wonderful and would give them a 10/10. They said the pencils seemed stronger than other mechanical pencils, my daughter said, "I used it the whole day and the lead didn't break once! Other pencil leads always break". The only negative comment they had was that the erasers were not as great. They said the erasers smudged/smeared when using them. However, they have other erasers they can use and will continue to use the pencils as they really liked them!

Great Colors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fun colors and my boys do too, but 2 of the 10 pencils stopped working for no apparent reason. Other than that, the others worked great, and were smooth to write with. MY boys and I all really liked them and I LOVE the extra lead and erasers included!

Best Mechanical Pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was writing with an old mechanical pencil the other day, when I realized just how much better the BIC Velocity pencils really are! Yes, I like that the lead is thick and writes smoothly. Yes, I like that they are cute so my kids are excited to have them. Yes, I like that they come with extra ERASERS and lead. But do you know what I LOVE about them? That they have a thicker, comfort grip on them that makes writing with them easier! Its like BIC thought of everything and thew it into one awesome mechanical pencil. I am LOVING these pencils so much... I don't want to let my kids take them to school cause I want to keep them all to myself!

perfect for my picky kids

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these just I time for my older kids to take back to school, they will only use mechanical pencils. So far they have enjoyed them, smooth and easy to use. The one complaint they've had is needs a better eraser. Time will tell as the school year goes on, but I will certainly be keeping these around.
