Velocity is a HIT in my house!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a few mechanical pencil fans in my house so I passed out one pack of them to my boys- aged 13 and 18 and waited for the reviews. My 18 year old uses them mainly for schoolwork- writing and such. He has been using mechanical pencils for as long as I can remember so I was anticipating his response. He really liked it, said the lead in it was very smooth and nice to write with. He especially liked that the pencils came with extra lead and most especially extra erasers!! My 13 year old is special needs, he is on the autism spectrum. He draws (and draws really well). He had a generic brand mechanical pencil that he was using. The pencil ran out of lead and I replaced it with a Velocity pencil. He wasn't too thrilled because it was "different," but he gave it a shot. Within minutes he told me it was his "favorite pencil ever." He liked the way it drew "softly" and that the lead didn't break as easy. He also loved the bright color of the pencil! He too was a fan of being able to put new "pencil" in it and that there was lots of erasers!!! Huge success here!!

Loved them and the kids did too

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were perfect for school. This is the lead type that the teachers asked for. These are fun, you can erase with them and the lead is very easy to put in without it breaking. My kids had fun with them and made a few friends when they gave some away. I would want to know if they worked seamlessly...the answer is yes they do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We think these pencils are absolutely wonderful. They're comfortable sitting in your hand. They are smooth to write with and write nicely. The lead doesn't break every single time that you try to adjust the length. The Eraser is a nice size and the lead is easy to erase. I just started college classes and my children just started Middle School. We all use these pencils and we think they are absolutely wonderful. The bright fun colors make them even better.

Bic velocity mechanical pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are so fun to look at but at the same time are functional. Usually mechanical pencils have lead that breaks very easily, but not these pencils. It is great that each pack comes with extra lead and erasers.

My daughter loves them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave these to my daughter who started 7th grade this year. She likes to use the mechanical pencils so she doesn't have to worry about carrying around or finding a pencil sharpener. Refilling is cleaner and much easier than sharpening. These come in a variety of colors but they aren't too bright so that even older kids or adults would want to use them. I really like the finger grips so they are easier to hold.

Awesome Mechanical Pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids love these pencils. They love that they can refill them and add new erasures. They work great and are durable for kids moving from class to class. The kids do not want any other mechanical pencil. This was a great find!
