Good size, but lid is a problem

I read another reviewer's comments before my purchase, but ignored them. Now I see and completely agree: the storage that's part of the lid, which is designed to hold things like pens/pencils, paper clips, stickie notes, etc., doesn't snap into place. So, when you open the storage box to put in new files, the top part of the lid doesn't stay in place - it flops open. If you have placed pens or other things in the lid storage, they will fall out. Too bad, as the design other wise seems fine.

The Portable File holder is light weight, well made, holds the files needed for transporting to meetings or storage. The handle is comfortable to hold and folds out of the way. Does the job it is intended to do.
