I was disappointed that when you unlatch and open the box the top storage bin which is just barely big enough to put 2 pens in and some paperclips it just flops open and everything falls out. As far as the inside of the case it's perfect for hanging file folders and a decent amount of file folders for our needs. The top part just needs to be redesigned to stay close. For the price I would have expected a slightly higher quality of the product that worked properly

Bought 15 of these (3 cases) to organize my file folders and get rid of a tall file cabinet. The reason to purchase this type is that they only hold several inches of files/paperwork which is easier on my hands and wrists. They will be hidden in the doored lower cabinet of a set of deep bookshelves. So much easier.
