Got exactly what I wanted minus the wheels. Gave up the wheels for a small utility drawer on top to get misc stuff off my desk.

The bottom drawer does NOT lock

It's a nice file cabinet but the bottom drawer does not lock only the top two.

Bought 2---They're fine for the $$'s. One had damaged drawers when opened; took back to store & they replaced no questions. I put a 'shelf' across top to give strength for items placed there. They're light metal but seem fine.

Cabinet fine screws too long

The cabinet was what I expected strong enough for my needs at my in-house work station. The small sliding drawer on the top additional to the two main file drawers is ideal for holding my small hand tools. My only complaint is that the screws provided for the handles were slightly too long to secure them tightly. Had to supply small washers to serve as spacers

The handles were difficult to attach tightly. The screws appear to be a bit too long. I eventually got them tight but it was a struggle. Other than that the cabinets are ok.
