Recently purchased this item although light weight it meets my needs by using it on my work van to store small boxed parts for service on appliances fits perfect in rear corner and easy access to the parts when I need them thinking of purchasing the full size 3 drawer for the front. The locking unit locks the two upper drawers and I use a magnet to secure the lower drawer. The drawers open about 75% so its easy access to get to whatever I need and it meets my needs of storage making my life easier to access items on the road

Does the job

The price was right for what I was looking for with coupons. The filing cabinet does its job for being 3 drawers. The first 2 lock for security as long as you don't have lock pickers around. Holds up well but will dent easily. The 2nd drawer on mine got stuck somehow. I don't know if it came off track but thanks to my husband he was able to loosen it up to open it again and for that the drawer itself doesn't close flush but will still lock the top drawer with it. Overall it's great for what I needed.

I like the color and I like that it has three drawers. However the drawers are not made sturdy and strong. Therefore I think the price was a little steep.

It works quite well but I also have an identical Staples brand cabinet that I like a little bit better. That smaller top drawer is very handy though. I also recommend purchasing wheels for the base.

Finally Found It!

I have been looking for a sturdy nice looking two drawer file cabinet for my home office and I finally found it. The color of charcoal grey caught my eye first then the small pencil drawer at the top pulled me over to take a look. It is a wonderful feature for any office to have that extra space for smaller items and especially worked well for me who works from all over my home. The price was just what I wanted to pay since it was on sale and half the selling price. What a steal for anyone and it looks good anywhere in the house you need to put it. Really I have been looking for a very long time and final found the perfect two three drawer for my use.
