Dented Product But Good Customer Service

The staff member was responsive thorough and helpful. He even carried the file cabinet to the car for me and slide it inside. The cabinet does have a dent in the top. However because it isn’t terribly noticeable and does not interfere with the functionality of the piece I kept it.
