Locking... but only top two drawers

I was disappointed that the bottom file drawer does not lock which means only half of what I wanted to secure is able to actually go into this cabinet. It's on me that I didn't read the fine print. The description says that the top two drawers lock but my mind told me: surely it's a two drawer locking cabinet... and there's a little place for pencils or something too. I picked this up in it's huge box lugged it from my car to office building up to the 2nd floor and unpacked it before realizing my mistake. My back ached as I'm a small 115 lb woman and wasn't about to take it back to the store.

I had to have it replaced because middle drawer would not open. Overall it is cheap and flimsy.. not a solid secure strong cabinet at all

Does the job

The price was right for what I was looking for with coupons. The filing cabinet does its job for being 3 drawers. The first 2 lock for security as long as you don't have lock pickers around. Holds up well but will dent easily. The 2nd drawer on mine got stuck somehow. I don't know if it came off track but thanks to my husband he was able to loosen it up to open it again and for that the drawer itself doesn't close flush but will still lock the top drawer with it. Overall it's great for what I needed.

Works well for my small home office. Handles were a little difficult to install due to the screws being so short - but it was accomplished. The only thing I wished it offered is wheels to allow it to be moved about. The lock only works for the top 2 drawers if that is an issue for a prospective buyer.

The charcoal color is very nice. File cabinet is sturdy and I like the top drawer for supplies. The price was also acceptable. I would buy this item again.
