Cute but very flimsy. I Purchased eight and three of them do not work. The guides broken on two of them j. if you place anything heavy in the bottom the drawer won’t open. All items must be placed in hanging folders

The file was great but all four screws on the inverted handles were installed much too tightly making them impossible to unscrew. Staples Customer Support was understanding & immediately exchanged the item for one with looser screws! Thank you.

the drawers do not glide very well and come off the track when you put some weight on them

5 star - but does this mean I should check the left star or the right one? It would have been nice to know.

All I can say is the quality was very bad. I had to return it. I only put one star because it would not allow me to move forward.
