Don't depend on the lock at all as it only works for the top two drawers (barely). Had I known this I would have bought the Staples brand three drawer unit.

I wish I could lock all 3 drawers. Also when I put the handles on the drawers they were very loose. I had to go buy washers to tighten them and keep them from rattling.

I returned the first file cabinet because if had a dent in the back. Ordered a replacement it was dented and warped. Ended up with one from Kmart that is just fine

I was very happy with the help I received in the store and that \the file cabinets were able to be shipped directly to my work location. I was disappointed to learn that only the store cabinet and one that had to be returned because of damage were sold at the store price. The other two were not price matched.

These were on sale but we really wanted the white cabinets which were not in stock and they would not send us the white ones. We purchased two vertical grey file cabinets. When we unboxed them at home one was scratched and the other one had a large dent in it. We kept the scratched one but had to exchange the dented one. We opened the exchanged one in the store and this one was fine. I like the file cabinets but having to go a half hour each way was a big inconvenience.
