Disappointing File Cabinet

The first day the lock worked the next day it didn’t. It’s too much trouble to pack it up and ship it back and without a car it’s difficult to bring it back to the store. Feeling stuck with a semi-functional file cabinet.

First of all Staples staff was tremendous! We had interaction not only with the checkout staff but with a salesman who was knowledgeable about the product and explained we could put the cabinet on a dolly to better suit our needs. We had to order the file cabinet but it was delivered to our door the very next morning. The file cabinet suites our needs perfectly with plenty of additional space. We couldn’t have had a better experience!

Where are the handles?

I received my cabinet but did not get the handles with it. I mean I did get this nice metal wire that’s pretty cool as a cat toy. I am not as thrilled about it as my cats are. I did not realize I would have to purchase the handles separate. That’s probably why I saved 44% off the purchase. 👍🏻🫤👎🏻😭

Despite hearing two different versions of a locked 3 drawer file cabinet all file drawers lock my intended preference or one where the lock shows it was a pleasant and informative exchange.

Like smaller top drawer

The cabinet seems well made sturdy enough for the price. Like the top drawer for smaller items that belong in the office but don't seem to have another good storage place. Lowest drawer closer to floor than our previous cabinet - this is good cabinet less likely to tip forward when drawers are open.
