This unit is sturdy enough for home office use and suits my needs perfectly. I wanted something small enough to sit beside my desk for convenience and this fits the bill. The locks on two drawers are a bonus for the price and I use these drawers to store/file sharp items keys and papers I don't want the grandkids playing with or handling. It's probably not sturdy enough for corporate office use. It's already all set up for hanging files and the only assembly required involves six screws for the three handles.

Excellent for the price. Not heavy metal but serves my purpose. It will hold hanging file folders not a rhino and as there are no rhinos in the neighborhood I don't worry about bangs and dents.

We needed an file cabinet that didn't cost an arm and a leg to hold a photo printer and provide us with some storage. This was perfect.

This filing cabinet is a good compact size and fits into a tight space. It was lightweight and easy to carry up a flight of stairs. I'm disappointed that the drawers don't extend all the way out. If you have files in the back you can't get at them easily without killing your hand. The top organizer drawer has ridges and does not have a completely flat surface if you plan on lying down papers. It also has a 1 1/2 inch ventilation hole which paper clips or other small items could roll out of. Would have returned it if another product would have fit into my limited space.

Looking for something a little sturdier. Several years ago bought a nice looking wood type two drawer file cabinet after a while the drawers would not stay on the tracks. Decided I had enough of being scared to pull the drawer open so I went to Staples checked out all the models they had and decided this one was for me. Very is good quality. I suggest you buy the roll around platform makes it easy to move around.
