Dear Staples (8/4/20): So far the file cabinet purchased seems workable. We've only had it for about 4 days and still experiencing it. The color is nice and thus far the keys work ok to date but we thought all 3 drawers would be locked versus just two ( the top two). Seems we missed clarity about all 3 draw- ers locked. Thanks V ( Star So via e-mail).
