there were no keys and it was locked. couldnot access drawer handles = may be in locked drawer

3 drawer vertical file cabinet for home office

I am very satisfied with this filing cabinet. It is just the right size for my small home office. It is well built and reasonably priced. The top drawer is perfect for small items. Most of the objects that had been cluttering the top of my desk are now out of sight I was very pleased with the free shipping and received the file cabinet in less than 24 hours. The only minor complaint is the size of the screws that came with the drawer handles. They were very small and were difficult to tighten with ease.

Nice Looking but shoddy construction

I love the look of my file cabinets which I use as a base for my office desk. However I've had them less than about six months time and already one of them has broken. The drawer has come off of its track and is now unusable. Thankfully I've bought the protection plan so that I can exchange it for a new one but I hope that it doesn't happen again. They are a little rickety.
