Great basic security cabinet

Was super easy to assemble (just the handles and that was it everything else comes assembled). Put to use right away and already feels solid and looks spacious.

Not well finished

When I first started investigating these I was surprised to find that they "required assembly." I couldn't imagine what would need installation and I went down to my local store to see what was what. It turns out that there is minimal installation required; however the handles on these are a BEAR to install... the holes in the handles do not line up with the holes in the drawers and the screws they come with are so short that there's no way to cheat and "go diagonal" for a bit to try and pull them into alignment. Very VERY frustrating. The paint is exceedingly thin: the glue on the box was so hard to open that I needed a screwdriver to try and pry it open--and left a nice big scratch on the top of the cabinet before it even got out of the box. The corners are very sharp. All in all just... kind of cheap--which was not the impression I had when I looked at them in the store.

Nice but doesn’t lock :(

The file cabinet was very nice and did not feel flimsy. However if you want a cabinet that locks and STAYS locked - this isn’t the one. You can shake the cabinet and the drawer will open. We returned it ONLY for that reason :(

nice and roomy file cabinets but very light and tilts forward as you open drawer. would not recommend.

Good Value in This Cabinet

Good overall design and movement in drawers. Only thing missing is be sure to balance the files. Overall good product for the price!
