It’s extremely thin. The lock is pointless. A pair of tin snips would cut right through. Value for the cost just isn’t there. This should have been in the $50-$80 range.

It came with a dent in it but not big enough to stop use of it so I kept it but I'd this came straight from the warehouse do they drop hit or abuse the merchandise if not from there then delivery needs to do a better job..

Dear Staples (8/4/20): So far the file cabinet purchased seems workable. We've only had it for about 4 days and still experiencing it. The color is nice and thus far the keys work ok to date but we thought all 3 drawers would be locked versus just two ( the top two). Seems we missed clarity about all 3 draw- ers locked.
