Our Quality Team works very hard to make sure only the best PowerMops have the privilege of entering your home, so learning it's been so rude is very disheartening. We know you mentioned trying everything, but we'd like to know if you can hear the motor. If not, change the batteries to brand new ones, which are all from the same package. Don't use carbon-zinc or rechargeable ones, or a mix of old and new batteries as insufficient power will flow and will result in only one PowerMop nozzle working. It may seem basic, but do make sure the batteries are all inserted the right way and that the battery door is closed all the way until it clicks. Need more help? It's our pleasure to do what we can. I bought this map system when we moved into our new home. I was highly disappointed by the mop pads they didn't stay on the mop at all I had to put rubber bands around it to keep them on the mop. I had bought a box of the pads and extra cleaner solution as I thought this would be a good thing now I have cleaning solution and no pads. I wish it would have worked better now I have to find ans buy another mop and accessories

Total garbage. I bought my first mop and it worked for one cleaning before the button stopped activating the pump. Double checked batteries and everything. I bought a replacement mop and double checked that the batteries worked and as soon as I plugged in the mop fluid it stopped working!!! How infuriating! Complete trash will not purchase or recommend

My opinion: Best Swiffer product I’ve ever used!

I have owned many Swiffer products. Some of them require a lot of exertion but still do not clean that well. I bought a power mop today and used it when I got home. I am very pleased with this product - both ease of use and effectiveness. Wonderful product!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I don't know why i keep buying this things, total junk! I've purchased 2 wet jets and now this power mop, motor has seized up after a month. I noticed that when it's in storage the swiffer brand bottles just leak inside the mop, I assume that's why this is happening but I'm so tired of it.

Our products are designed to be durable, and this isn’t the experience we’d expect or want you to have. If you cannot hear the motor running when pressing the dispenser button, you may need to replace the batteries with fresh AA alkaline batteries. Make sure the batteries are brand new, all come from the same package, and are inserted correctly. You should hear a click when closing the battery compartment. Poorly made. Replaced cleaner liquid and new bottle would not click in. Waste of money. Pads don’t have enough scrubbing points. A real disappointment.

We're sorry to hear that you're feeling disappointed, as our PowerMop has gone through strict quality checks to ensure that it reaches you in the best possible condition. As well, we do put a lot of thought into the design of our products. If the silicone cap on the solution bottle seems to be bulging, we recommend doing the following: -Attempt to unscrew/rotate the cap counterclockwise by 180 degrees or half a rotation. -After this step, tilt the bottle on its side for 2-3 seconds to check for liquid leakage. -If no leakage, insert the bottle into the device. -If there is leakage, move the bottle upright, screw back on 180 degrees or rotate clockwise to reclose. This mop should be discontinued!

This mop stopped working after four uses. Batteries have been replaced twice and it is dead as a door nail. It is especially annoying since I purchased the extra pads and cleaning liquid for the power mop. The least the company can do is send some coupons for my old Swiffer Wet Mop (always reliable) products so I can use that again.

My second power mop has just broke. Same thing happened twice. The button just stopped functioning. Works great for about a month then dies out of nowhere. We continually second guess our batteries and test them in other products and they work fine. Is this normal? Are we the family that happens to get the duds? Super disappointing especially since we have a bunch of liquid refills and are down a mop AGAIN. :(
