Wasted my money

Used the mop twice and on the 3rd time I had no power. Changed batteries and did all the troubleshooting stuff and still nothing. I wasted my money buying this. Also purchased extra pads and solution and unless I take a chance a new mop I have a bunch of useless products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With kids & pets I was skeptical.. this little mop is lightweight, cleans my floors with ease.. even my kids can use it! I love the pads, they get all the dirt and spills up quickly & easily leaving my rooms smelling amazing and looking shiny.

Handle broke only after a few uses.

I only used a few times and the button to connect the handle to rest won’t click in and so it comes loose when I use it now. I don’t know how it happened. I tried to put it back in but it just comes right out along with the black cord inside.
I got it for quick clean ups and it seems to be a waste of $.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent multi-surface mop!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried new Swiffer Powermop, this works so efficiently and leaving my floors cleaner. As compared to Swiffer earlier wetjet mop, it works excellent. It gives wooden floors shine with a clean fresh smell. The cleaning solution added in the kit has fresh scent that makes my house smells amazing. This kit includes 2 batteries and this mop is not very noisy. Excellent for daily clean ups, very convenient to use and leaves the place crystal clear. The mopping head works wonderfully and pick ups all dust particles with all stains. This is durable and a must have in my house. It's very easy to store and doesn't require a lot of space. Definitely a great quality useful mop.

Efficient and amazing

Not only does it clean my tiled floor amazingly, but also my wooden floor. The spray is battery powered, so it's take a while to die out. It's also super quite and the material it uses to clean the floor is so fluffy and doesn't leave any scratches on my floor.

Dirt is removed firmly

I used it every day in the kitchen and when I was worried about the others. It's very convenient because you can pick it up and wipe it off immediately, and it will remove dirt well.But what about cost performance because the seat is expensive? I think.
