Love or not

I love the idea of this mop i used it was great, but on the second time, the bottle would not stay in. It kept falling out no matter how much I pushed it in and click the buttons and it I made a mess of things. I’m very disappointed I have to mop again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Officially Passed My Daughters White Sock Test

In my house it’s just me and my daughter Shannon. She’s home for the summer from college and it’s nice to have her back in the house. While I much prefer wearing slippers around the house, she lives in white socks. And by white I mean they’re blinding white knee socks. While she’s gone the mop and bucket sufficed for cleaning my floors, but now that she’s back home doing her favorite thing in the world, sliding on her socks into every room in the house, we realized the floors weren’t really clean, the bottom of her socks were black at the end of the day. It was time for swiffer power mop. What an upgrade, not only do the floors look clean, they ARE clean. And her socks are sparkling white at the end of the day. A great product. Five stars from both of us.

Lasted 5 months!! No longer works!!’

Stopped working after 5 months!! So disappointed! Feel as though I wasted my money on buying it. Worked well and made cleaning floors easy until it no longer worked!!

Your Swiffer PowerMop was carefully crafted and went through extensive product checks, making sure that you'll enjoy the best, easiest clean when getting sparkling floors. We're sorry to learn it stopped working on you, but are confident we can help get things turned around. Our first tip is to change the batteries. As indicated in the directions, fresh AA alkaline batteries need to be used in the battery compartment. They should be brand new and from the same package. Don’t use a mix of old and new batteries as insufficient power will flow and will result in only one PowerMop nozzle working. Finally, it’s essential that the battery compartment clicks into place when putting it back in place. We’d be glad to talk further with you about this, and make sure you’re back up and Swiffering ASAP. Call us any Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM, EST. Our number is 1 (800) 214-8734.

Great upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using the swiffer wetjet for many years, but this new upgrade has been wonderful. It's nice to know that Swiffer was working on this upgrade in the background then released it as a kit. The pads help clean the dirt once the solution has set. The mop itself is a nice design and easy to maneuver. Overall, I would recommend to friends and family.

Junk!

What a piece of junk. Brand new and the solution bottle will not lock into place. Now that i read the reviews I see it is a common problem. How could a brand new product be such a piece of junk. I was going to exchange but will return and not buy another one.

Can not install batteries with spring missing

Purchased yesterday, attempted assembly today. Opened battery compartment and the spring assembly on end with the arrow n it is missing. No way to securely install batteries. Can not complete battery circuit without this piece. Item purchased almost 100 miles from here (Military Commisary) so not conveinent to reutrn. Is it possibe to obtain a replacement battery compartment?

Would not recommend .

I thought this was what would last more than 6-7 months but leaked on the pump motor and is unusable.

I want a replCement

I purchased this item around Dec 23/2023
It only worked ONE TIME!! I think the wiring is faulty as I have changed the batteries 4K times.
