No Need For A Mop Bucket

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this for awhile and it's amazing. I don't have to carry around a mop bucket filled with water. This eliminates all cleaning methods. The Fresh Floor Ceaner smells wonderful hours after I'm finished mopping. It's a game changer. It removed dirt and grim from my heavy traffic area with ease. Swiffer PowerMop Multi-Surface Starter Kit is my new favorite.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This power mop starter kit is so easy to use and hassle free when compared to the bucket mop. The starter kit includes one Power Mop floor cleaning mopping tool, pads for mopping, one Power Mop Quick
dry solution and batteries. It’s very easy to use and convenient. Easy clean up and the floor dries up quickly. We have laminate, hardwood and also tile floors. My floors look fresh and clean. The power mop works great. I am hoping it will last long!

It makes leaning my floors so fast & easy and my floors always end up looking great! It's easy to use, fits comfortably in my hands and my back doesn't hurt when I finish. All huge pluses for me!

I enjoy the fact that it came in together as a package to help me get started lm cleaning. It helped me from going to the store again to get other cleaning products.

I would like for it not to leak

My cleaner is leaking out when it is not in use.,it is a little pricey.. and the refills are hard to find right now.

Awful!

Awful, worst Swifter product yet. It comes apart while using it. Although everything is put/snapped together as it should be every 2 passes the top portion comes detached.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very disappointed

Cleaner stopped clicking into place. Will only spray if I manually hold it down while mopping. Very difficult as I have a bad lower back. Used this product very lightly for approximately a month. Read other reviews and did what was suggested by the company. All to no avail. I’m sure their reply will be the standard: we have good quality control in place, try this for the problem, if it doesn’t work, call us at such and such a number. Sounds more like they’re on the defensive, rather than actually taking care of the consumer.

We're sorry you had this experience with your Swiffer PowerMop. Our products undergo many quality checks to ensure they get to you with the best results, so we don't expect these things to happen. Check the silicone cap. If the cap is bulging, follow these troubleshooting steps:
* Attempt to unscrew/rotate the cap counterclockwise by 180 degrees or half a rotation.
* After this step, tilt the bottle on its side for 2-3 seconds to check for liquid leakage.
* If there is no leakage, insert the bottle into the device.
* If there is leakage, move the bottle upright, screw it back on 180 degrees or rotate clockwise to reclose. Retry the insertion into the device.
If this procedure doesn't work, please call us at (800) 742-9220 Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM EST.

Update on my previous review. I tried another bottle of cleaner. The bottle clicked in and stayed. I feel some of the bottles of cleaners can be defective and not the mop. So I go back to, quality control is poor.
