Don’t waste your money

Stopped working after only about a year, in almost new condition. Garbage for something that’s not cheap.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don’t buy this product

I thought it will work good because it’s quite expensive but after a month it stopped working. I have changed the batteries and did everything that I can do but nothing worked. Very disappointed with the product.

Better and bigger!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Swiffer Power Mop is replacing the Swiffer Wet-jet in my house! My primary goal is to get the floors clean and as you can tell from the photo below, the new pad design on the Power Mop removed lots of dirt from my kitchen floor but there are still some clean “scrubbing strips” to tackle a couple more rooms. This makes me think that I was previously just skimming the surface and my tile has some texture to it so the new pads help a lot. What is interesting is that for my wood floors the textured strips on the pads do not leave streaks. The second improvement I noticed is that the cleaning surface is SO much bigger. My rough calculation has the Power Mop pad 30% larger so that means quicker cleaning! I was able to clean my tiled kitchen and bathroom along with the wood floors in my living and dining areas without the need to change the pad. It was pretty dirty after that though! The cleaning fluid bottles are a new design and the two scents I have tried are “Fresh” and “Lavender.” My husband is sensitive to strong smells but does not mind either of these as both seem to dissipate fairly quickly. We both prefer “Fresh” but will use the remainder of the “Lavender” bottle. Lots of improvements!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got a Swiffer PowerMop Multi-Surface Starter Kit and liked the new look. I have had a Swiffer Wet Mop for years and liked using it for quick floor cleans. The first things you notice with the PowerMop is how much wider the mop head is and the pads with 300+ scrubbing strips. Unsure if this would make a difference, I was anxious to try it. This mop does a much better job cleaning the cracks between the tiles. With my old Swiffer, I would have to clean the floor twice, the pad being equally dirty each time. With a large dog and spring weather, my floors get dirty. With the PowerMop, once was sufficient. I even followed up with my old Swiffer and there was little dirt to clean. When it says 5x cleaning power it means it.

Love, Love, Love The Swiffer Power Mop!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Swiffer Power Mop Starter Set comes complete with mop, mopping pad, fresh scent floor cleaner and batteries. The mop is easy to put together. Just connect the aluminum poles, insert batteries, attach pad to mop head, insert solution and your set to go. It is so convenient to use for quick messes as well as cleaning your entire floor. I have a 5 month old puppy so I have lots of messes. This mop comes in handy. It saves me time. No need to take out the bucket. I really like the larger mop head. I have hardwood floors throughout and tile floors in my bathrooms. My floors are clean in minutes and smell great. I love the fresh scent. I absolutely love the Swiffer Power Mop.

Awesome starter kit!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This swifter is a durable all in one mopping system. It comes with one power mop, 2 mopping pad refills, power mop solution and the batteries. The instructions are easy to read and understand. You easily snap the pile together add the products and are ready to go. This is a great set up especially for older people that need an easier way to keep areas clean. I highly recommend this mop.

We have used them for two weeks now and certainly are not disappointed! I thought I would have to replace these after each use but they really last and continue to provide a streak free clean!

No Need For A Mop Bucket

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this for awhile and it's amazing. I don't have to carry around a mop bucket filled with water. This eliminates all cleaning methods. The Fresh Floor Ceaner smells wonderful hours after I'm finished mopping. It's a game changer. It removed dirt and grim from my heavy traffic area with ease. Swiffer PowerMop Multi-Surface Starter Kit is my new favorite.
