Could have been so good

I really want to like this product, but it leaves streaks. I have tried everything to fix this problem to know avail. Any help would be appreciated.

1. Floor Compatibility: Ensure that the Swiffer PowerMop is suitable for your type of floor. It should not be used on unfinished, oiled, or waxed wooden floors, non-sealed tiles, or carpets.
2. New Floors: If your floor is brand new, it may have a special coating that can cause streaking. In this case, using the product a few more times may help resolve the issue.
3, Previous Cleaning Products: Streaking and cloudiness can also happen if other cleaning products have been used on the floor recently.
4. Preparation: For best results, try the following steps: Sweep or vacuum the floor first, and leave the solution on the floor for 10 to 15 seconds before mopping.

Works as promised but too short for tall people

Product works good on my tile floor. However, they need to include an extension piece for taller people. I'm 5'8" and end up hunchback just to push it with some force behind it. I like to make sure I am getting up all the dirt and grime which requires some elbow grease. After half the kitchen is done my back hurts. If they sell simple 4-5in extension or make the handle longer it will get 5 starts
I would recommend this to a friend!

This mop doesn't work any better than the 'old mop and bucket' method. It's going in the trash. The mop heads do not hold in place and, yes I followed instructions. Refills are not inexpensive. Guess that's the reason to market the product. On the plus side, I love Swiffer dusters, they are great!

Waste of money. Original Swiffer wetjet is better.

The original cleaner contains more so you get more cleans. I have a 650sq ft apt and one of the new cleaning containers only allows maybe 4 cleans. The original mop pads pick up more dirt and debris, the new power mop is so fragile, the handle has never stayed together even on my first use and falls off every 5 seconds so I had to super glue it to stop falling apart and keep from causing damage to the wiring in the handle.
I’m getting another original Swiffer ASAP.
