I wanted an upgrade and for a little while it was alright, felt like I was going through the solution much faster than the 1st mop though. Then it stopped spraying all together after maybe 3 months of use. I changed the batteries (which were still good - I tested them), made sure there was nothing blocking the spray nozzles and tried a new solution bottle and nothing worked. I’ve resorted to just hand spraying the floor (I look crazy!) and using the mop after that. Very disappointed in quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great once the mop head stays on

This product was what I thought I had been waiting it for a while only thing is the pad doesn't stay on I love the look of the pad love the design of the mop

I would not purchase this product

This product is not last long. The motor stopped working and now it is rendered useless. The batteries have been changed the mop has been well looked after and now the motor stopped working therefore it cannot spray and cannot be used. The original slipper was much better I never had this issue this is the 2nd power mop I've had in a year with the same issue
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If you can no longer hear the motor, replacing the batteries should fix it. Since you tried changing the batteries already, make sure they aren't carbon-zinc or rechargeable batteries. I’m rating this 3 stars because I loved it when it worked! I bought it 2 months ago; I shook it really hard the first time it stopped working, and that fixed it. However, it stopped working again and I can’t get it to work! Oh, and the handle keeps coming off :’•(

Doesn’t work anymore

I have had the power mop for almost a year. All of a sudden it is not working it does not spray out. I have replaced the batteries and it still does not work. I would fill out the form for the moneyback guarantee, but I no longer have the box or the receipt.

Bottle won’t stay in

I really like the mop, however the bottle won’t stay in no matter what I try. I have to push down on the bottle while pressing the button to get it to spray.

I say 4 stars ⭐️ I love the convenience of this mop so much. I’ve had it for about a year. But, I am so disappointed to say, it completely died on me the other day. I’ve changed the batteries several times, cleaned the nozzles, and nothing seems to make it work! So 1 ⭐️ for longevity. My question to you is, what am I doing wrong?

I'm disappointed with this mop, I thought Piwer mop meant the pad would move or something. The power seems to be for the solution, and to top it off the battery pack holder fell off and got some reason I can't find it, knowing me, I threw it away not knowing what it was. I'll have to trash the mop, such a waste of 30 dollars.
