This is my third mop in less than 2 weeks. Not sure if there’s a bad “batch” but everyone I’ve bought works for 2 days then doesn’t work at all. Changed batteries, changed bottles, and no spray. The first mop I thought was a fluke but after the 3rd mop, I’m beginning to wonder!!! Do better Swiffer!!

We have a 1600 sq ft house. The three bedrooms are carpeted and the rest of the house is vinyl planking. I could NOT even mop the house twice using the bottle of cleaner which came with the mop! NOT what I expected. It did do a good job, but NOT worth the price 🫤

This product is perfect for my household

Overall, I like the product. I just have one issue. The connecting piece will not stay connected. Idk if I got a defective one or what but its the only issue I have with the mop.

Piece of junk

Used it once and was so unimpressed I forgot about it. Its been hanging in my garage. Picked it up to use today, after 6 months later and the handle came apart and the new velco pad won't stick. Very expensive and wasteful one use product.

I purchased the Power Mop Mopping Kit. It says on the box, batteries included. There are no batteries in this kit.

The new fresh scent with pink flowers made my dau.

I’ve always liked this product. But the new freshness scent with pink flowers made my daughter and mother have a full on asthma attack. It was very scary. Hopefully this company can look into this. None of the other scents have done this.
