Not worth the money

Tricky to assemble. The aroma of the cleaner is overpowering and lasts for days. Wish there was an unscented version. And I now have extra bottles and boxes of cleaning pads and liquid from the original Wet Jet (that no longer works even after I disassembled it and fixed it 3 times) and will be wasted since they do not fit the new Power Mop. Not a happy camper, sorry.

Absolutely disappointed. It's cheaply made and feels like the handle will break. I've used other models of swiffers and they've never been as bad.

I would never buy anything from this company again

The absolute worst design ever. The button that holds the handle together is crap. It keeps pulling apart. The engineer that designed this needs to be fired. I was a mechanical designer my whole career, and I would not have a job in the field if I designed that.

Works awesome

I’m not sure how so many people are having such a hard time when I am not; most everything fails for me but not this.
I bought this to clean my heavily trafficked, heavily neglected, wood floors. After using it for a while with the wood floor solution I bought the regular solution for my vinyl kitchen floor and I switch pads and solutions regularly without any problem. I have recommended it to friends with smooth floors and they’ve had no issues either.
For someone as lazy as me when it comes to housecleaning this thing makes it so much easier than grabbing a mop and bucket.
Between this and the robovac I just bought keeping my floors clean is no hassle at all, even with a shedding dog.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Stooped working after about 4 uses.

I purchased a Swifter Power Mop and used it just a few times. It worked as well as expected. After about 4 weeks, using it once ot twice a week, the sprawling motor stopped working. I changed the batteries a few times and still didn't work. Needless to say I'm very disappointed in the quality of your product.

The mop stopped working! It was great and then it stopped. I have changed the batteries and solution but still nothing.

After 5 months, the spray stopped working, I changed the batteries twice with different brands and nothing. It just died.
