Convenient but challenging to store

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I really appreciated the convenience of the all in one wet cleaning solution, this set up is heavy and difficult to store compared to a regular Swiffer. Further, while the convenience lends itself to a quick one and done clean, it may leave the user with a wet Swiffer pad to store or an insufficiently dirtied one to discard. Reusable pads would be a welcome addition to this particular model.

Solid cleaning product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not sure if it was user error but I found this product slightly difficult to assemble at first. Once I did that, it’s really quite easy to use and seems to clean the floors pretty well. I’m not sure that I will replace my regular mop with this, but it will serve well for quick cleanups in a pinch.

Pads Won't Stick!

Just opened my Swiffer PowerMop only to find that the mop pads will not stick to the bottom of the mop! I tried both pads that were in the package inside the box and neither one will adhere to the mop. There is NO sticky once you pull off the tabs! They won't stick to anything! Not sure how I'm supposed to use this mop with no pad :-(
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Swiffer PowerMop pads not sticking to the mop head We understand how frustrating this can be especially when you are eager to start cleaning To help you get the best use from your PowerMop please consider the following Confirm that you are using the Swiffer PowerMop refill pads as only these pads fit properly on the PowerMop device Regular Swiffer dry or wet sweeper cloths will not work with this system Check the bottom of the PowerMop mop head to ensure it is clean Sometimes dirt on the mop head can prevent the pads from attaching properly Cleaning the mop head and trying again may help Try this method to attach the pad spray the solution place the pad on the mop head and then pass the pad through the solution on the floor The friction between the pad solution and floor helps the pad adhere Make sure the printed side of the pad is facing the mop head and the white and purple strips are facing the floor We take product quality very seriously and want to ensure you have a great experience Please contact us at 800-742-9220 so we can look into this issue further and assist you directly

Super easy to use and effective

I absolutely loved this product and it left my floors clean and smelling nice. It was super easy to put together and was very user friendly. We used it to clean our new home and we absolutely loved it and it held up well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used the basic Swiffer for years so I was excited to try out the PowerMop. My home is tile and wood flooring so having something to clean up quickly and thoroughly is very important. My favorite thing about the PowerMop is the scent of the cleaning solution. My house just smelled clean after using it! I did find that it cleaned up light messes very easily. It does a good job of getting some more stuck on messes with some extra scrubbing power. The foam placed on the handle gives you a good grip for that extra scrubbing! One thing I wished is that the solution was a bit higher up so the mop could fit under some of my furniture.

So easy to use!

It comes with a cleaning solution that sprays the area being mopped and the 360 swivel head makes it easy to move. It’s super durable and can be disassembled/folded to preferred size for storing.

Amazing Upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mop had such an easy set up right out of the box! I loved that it came with batteries and cleaning solution. The scrubbing pad is durable and it is can easily lift up tough stains from my hardwood floors. The cleaning solution had a nice fresh scent; it wasn’t overbearing!!
This model is so much better than the older one! The head also has better swiveling capabilities making it easier to reach tough corners.
