Make sure not to remove anything from the pad, and attach the printed side onto the bottom of mop head using firm pressure. The white and purple strips should be facing the floor. Less work than a wet mop but not much less

I bought this to replace a traditional wet sponge mop. Better but not quite much-better. Replacing the dirty pad is a hit-miss proposition. The Velcro-like strips used to hold the pad to the head aren’t strong enough to secure the pad. When dirt gets into the securing strip it loosens up real fast. I even tried cleaning the strips but only a little helpful. Like I said, better but not much-better than a wet sponge mop.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sometimes if the mop head itself is dirty, the pads may not attach, so we're glad you tried to clean the mop head. IT can help to spray solution, put the pad on the mop head, and pass the pad through the solution. The friction of the pad + solution on the floor will attach the pad to the mop head. 3 mops in less than 2 weeks

This is my third mop in less than 2 weeks. Not sure if there’s a bad “batch” but everyone I’ve bought works for 2 days then doesn’t work at all. Changed batteries, changed bottles, and no spray. The first mop I thought was a fluke but after the 3rd mop, I’m beginning to wonder!!! Do better Swiffer!!

We have a 1600 sq ft house. The three bedrooms are carpeted and the rest of the house is vinyl planking. I could NOT even mop the house twice using the bottle of cleaner which came with the mop!
NOT what I expected. It did do a good job, but NOT worth the price 🫤

This product is perfect for my household

Overall, I like the product. I just have one issue. The connecting piece will not stay connected. Idk if I got a defective one or what but its the only issue I have with the mop.

Be sure to twist the poles together until they lock into place, and you may have to push hard to connect the poles. I'm very disappointed

I just got mine this morning and I decided to wash my tile kitchen floor. The "fresh scent" is awful! My eyes are burning and the odor is intolerable. I have a terribe headache as I type this. People claim the smell dissipates after 2 hours but I can't make it to one hour. I need to re-wash the floor. The mop itself is made for short people so after washing a really small kitchen floor my back is killing me. I'm giving one star so I can warn people. I'm so disappointed because I've wanted this mop since I saw it advertised on TV. I guess it's better than using a mop and bucket but come on already! Get it right the first time. I'm donating this to the Vets. Maybe they can use it.

All our products are thoroughly evaluated to be safe when used as directed, and this is not the high-quality experience we want or expect for you. It sounds like you already have, but please discontinue the use of the PowerMop and set it aside in case we need to collect it.

When we design our products, we do extensive research and consumer testing to create features that we think you will love. We know that preferences can vary from person to person, though, so we really appreciate your taking the time to reach out. If the scent is too strong, we recommend ventilating the area by opening windows and running a fan. Rinse the floor with clean water to remove any soap residue and make sure not to use excessive water. Drying the floor with a clean, dry mop or towel will also help with remaining moisture.

This product is awful

It constantly disconnects and having to do it 10 times every single use the wiring can get damaged and start making it glitch and spraying the liquid 10/10 DON’T recommend.
