Had three and the first 2 broke after a few time I used it. Third one never worked from the beginning. The solution left my tile floors sticky. Do not recommend it.

Hold the button on the handle for several seconds until spray comes out of the nozzle; you may need to squeeze the solution bottle gently while pressing the spraying button. We also recommend to try fresh batteries as well as making sure the battery door is closed all the way until it clicks. As for your floor being sticky, if you have used another cleaner on the floor recently, or the floor is new, that may cause this. Going over your floor a few times should fix it. Stops working after first solution bottle runs out

I wish I could give zero stars. Have had the power mop for maybe two months used one bottle of solution- got a new bottle come home and replace it now the mop won’t work. I’ve tried all different batteries, nothings clogged, wasn’t dropped, just faulty. Don’t waste your money I should have just got a spin mop

The product is poor design with bad power connecti

This is the first time I tried swifter products, but turn out very disappointed. I use the power mop couple times and it was good as it supposed to be. However, there is bad connection for the spraying function. It stopped spraying and could work at all even after I changed the batteries. The design is really bad.

Broke after a week.

I bought this mop a week ago. And it stopped spraying already. Replaced the battery, checked the wires and everything they said to do on yhe site. IT JUST STOPPED WORKING. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY.

Disappointing

I really liked this at first for some routine cleaning. However, I’ve only had the power mop for a month and now spray. Also the mopping pads don’t stay on which is really frustrating. If takes more time to put the pads on then the actualvleaning
