Disappointed

Very disappointed with the product. One bottle does not go too far. Will have to buy refill after using twice. I also have to press down hard on the floor to remove scuff marks. Would not recommend

This product is great just one issue.

Love the way it cleans and love the fresh smell it leaves. My one complaint is that the handle comes apart every time I mop at least once. It’s locked in a clicks but still pulls apart. Also a bit longer handle would be helpful to taller people.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Purchased this product in Jan of this year...unfortunately even with replacing the batteries and gently cleaning the nozzles it has stopped working.
When I originally purchased this product, I had to return it as the motor stopped working and this was my first use with it.
Unfortunately I do not have the receipt and the upc as it was purchased in January 2025.
I am disappointed in the product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

not worth it if I have to use rubber bands

I have never been able to keep the pad on the mop......I have to put rubber bands on both sides in order to use it.

Does not work

It worked great until it didn’t. Replaced the batteries and cleaned the nozzles as suggested. Nothing!! Hasn’t even been a year since I’ve had it.

Bad quality control

After having the wood power mop I was excited to upgrade my wetjet to a power mop for the rest of my house. Well upgrade would be the wrong word..this thing is a bit strange. After attempting to stick 5 different power mop cloths to it none will stick. It appears the Velcro on the mop head is defective or won’t work or something. Kind of a bummer, not sure where to go to return this defective product. But be weary before you purchase one yourself. I guess I’ll press down really hard so the pad won’t come up every time I move the thing.

It's perfect for my dark floors!!

I have a dark floor and everything else that I use would leave lines and marks and this doesn't so I enjoy going over my floor at night and coming down and seeing everything spotless. And it smells so great. I also find that the mop pads that you put on last a little bit longer. They pick up more dirt.
I would recommend this to a friend!
