Broke after a week.

I bought this mop a week ago. And it stopped spraying already. Replaced the battery, checked the wires and everything they said to do on yhe site. IT JUST STOPPED WORKING. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY.

Disappointing

I really liked this at first for some routine cleaning. However, I’ve only had the power mop for a month and now spray. Also the mopping pads don’t stay on which is really frustrating. If takes more time to put the pads on then the actualvleaning

For the best results with attaching a new pad, be sure that you have the correct refill pad for the device you have, and that the printed side of the pad is facing the mop head and the white and purple strips are facing the floor when you go to apply it. Quit spraying!

New batteries, new bottle of cleaner, made sure jets were clear... won't spray the cleaner onto the floor! I've had it for only 3 months!

Junk!

The cleaning solution with power mop is decent. The power mop itself is junk. Will not stay together during use due to improper design of handle. Have to duct tape it. The sprayer is decent. Altogether it's not where near worth the money. Way to flimsy.

it doesn't do any better than the original swifter. The strips are all paper and mashes down doesn't get into the grout line on tile. I guess it is okay for flush floors.

This product is poorly made

Terrible design. Handle button never worked correctly causing handle to come apart. Completely came off today. Wish I would have kept receipt to get refund.
