not worth it if I have to use rubber bands

I have never been able to keep the pad on the mop......I have to put rubber bands on both sides in order to use it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does not work

It worked great until it didn’t. Replaced the batteries and cleaned the nozzles as suggested. Nothing!! Hasn’t even been a year since I’ve had it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bad quality control

After having the wood power mop I was excited to upgrade my wetjet to a power mop for the rest of my house. Well upgrade would be the wrong word..this thing is a bit strange. After attempting to stick 5 different power mop cloths to it none will stick. It appears the Velcro on the mop head is defective or won’t work or something. Kind of a bummer, not sure where to go to return this defective product. But be weary before you purchase one yourself. I guess I’ll press down really hard so the pad won’t come up every time I move the thing.

It's perfect for my dark floors!!

I have a dark floor and everything else that I use would leave lines and marks and this doesn't so I enjoy going over my floor at night and coming down and seeing everything spotless. And it smells so great. I also find that the mop pads that you put on last a little bit longer. They pick up more dirt.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a good product. What would make it perfect, is a washable mop head. I have other products that I use that have this. I like that it is reusable and no environmental waste.

Decent not durable.

I was very excited about his product as I loved the Swiffer Wet Jet. I liked the idea of having a better mop style head however the product doesn’t do as well as I had hoped and is not as sturdy overall. I have a hard time keeping the poles connected to each other long enough to do a full room.

Love using it for a quick clean up. But still use my mop with disinfectant cleaning solution. Maybe you can come out with a disinfected solution, especially for the bathroom
