Worked great until battery compartment fell off

Doesn’t work

I used 2 times and it stopped working. I changed batteries which didn’t help.

Falls apart

The product works really well. However my handle keeps detaching from the base. This is from day one. Very agitated.

Product to short for average size people hurts my

Not giving it 5 stars because it's to short..you would think the arm would extend for taller people but it doesn't and I'm only 5'8 also it keeps clicking out of place (the handle) because of the wires inside of the handle...very poor design I do not reccomend people wasting their money on this

Works great

I've had.my power mop for over 3 months now and overall I'm very happy with it. The pads and cleaning solutions could be less expensive but in today's economy what can you expect I find that the power map makes mopping the floors much easier and does a terrific job. The only problem I've had is that my grandson took the battery holder/compartment off the map and has lost it and I've been unable to find anywhere to get a replacement

I had an issue with a few power mops, but the company is amazing. I emailed to ask a question as to why it dies so easy, even with new batteries. The company was quick to reply and offered to send a replacement.

Too heavily scented!!!

Works better than the regular swifter, however the scents for the cleaning solution are awful. Our eyes were watering after using it the first time. Why does every thing have to be scented or at least so heavily scented. Very disappointed that I probably won’t be able to use it again.
