If I can't get the refills pads what's the point?

Did all hard floors, no fuss

Used the power mop for the first time today,
Easy to assemble and got under tables chairs etc. with ease.
A lot quicker than getting out the mop and pail and does the job.
Only problem, mine didn’t come with the batteries,

Such a bad handle design, it just comes apart with the smallest amount of pressure. Would return if I could. The handle should be one piece!

Lacks attachment of bottle in cradle.

The solution bottle will not stay in the slot. Every time I want to spray it, I have to push the bottle down and press the button on the handle at the same time. Sometimes the bottle actually falls out onto the floor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're so very sorry to hear about this, Patti. With our quality checks, this isn't what we expect especially if the cardboard is remove. If you have not done so already, check the silicone cap, and If the cap is bulging, try unscrewing/rotating the purple cap counterclockwise by 180 degrees.
After this step, tilt the bottle on its side for 2-3 seconds to check for liquid leakage. If there is no leakage, insert the bottle into the device. If there is leakage, move the bottle upright, screw back on 180 degrees or rotate clockwise to reclose. Retry the insertion into the device. The Swiffer Power Mop has been a game-changer for me! It’s incredibly easy to use and actually makes cleaning feel effortless and even enjoyable. I’ve noticed that many of the negative reviews come from faulty items, but in my experience, as long as the product is in good condition from the factory, it lasts a long time and is absolutely worth the investment. The convenience of interchangeable mop pads, customizable cleaning solutions, and its ergonomic design make it a must-have for efficient and hassle-free cleaning!

Disposable pads don’t stay on!

Love the scent and the cleaner works great but the disposable pads won’t stay on, frustrating. Poor design on the bottom of the mop itself looks like some sticky rectangles that you attach the disposable pad to. The pad has two pull off stops and that adhesive is very poor.

The worst product I've ever bought

This product is the worst I've seen the pads don't stay on very good they keep falling off and the batterys was supposed to be included and they wasn't. I am not happy I wish I could give it a no star rating. Thanks for wasting my time and money

We suggest making sure that the printed side of the pad is being firmly pressed onto the PowerMop head. You can also spray some solution onto the floor and let the pad soak some of it up in order to get it to stick. As well, we'd expect you to receive everything that's listed on the packaging. Third failure

Third failure-I had two regular Swiffer mops that just stopped working so tried the Power Mop hoping to have better luck. This one stopped working after about 6-8 months for no reason (and yes, I changed the batteries).
