Poor design

Kelsey99 review is spot on. Every time you put any twist while pushing, the pin lock system comes undone. Needs better quality such as a larger button or latching mechanism. The collection cloth is a car wash design and to me, doesn't clean well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

DO NOT BUY THEY DON’T LAST 2 in 1 yr both broken

DO NOT BUY! I purchased my 1st one a year ago, when it works it”s great BUT 1 year in it broke, what a disappointment. Thinking it might be what you would call a lemon, I head out to purchase another one, BIG BIG BIG MISTAKE! I used it a total of 4 times and it is now good for the garbage yet again

Terrible handle design

The handle on the Power Mop is too short. Also the curve of the top of the handle is uncomfortable and always catches on my shirt and hits me in the stomach as I am trying to use it. My back always hurts after mopping with it because of how I have to try to hold it. It's awful. I am 5'5 and my son is 6'2 and he has the same issue. It is VERY short for him.

Careful with packaging

Stopped working

I would give the Power Mop zero stars if I could. This is my 2nd purchase of this model, fooled me twice. It's extremely irritating when I get into an optimal top to bottom deep cleaning mode, and I grab my mop for that final touch, and it doesn't work. I'm now looking for another battery free option.

1. Check the Batteries: Use fresh AA alkaline batteries and ensure they are installed correctly. Avoid mixing old and new batteries.
2. Assembly: Make sure all pole pieces are securely snapped together and that the solution bottle is firmly clicked into place.
3. Priming: Hold the spray button on the handle for several seconds to prime the nozzles. Gently squeeze the solution bottle while pressing the spray button if needed.
3. Nozzle Cleaning: Gently brush the nozzles to clear any clogs that might be preventing the spray.

We love the swiffer PowerMop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family thinks the Swiffer PowerMop takes cleaning to a whole new level. We can mop with none of the mess of regular mopping and it help saves are wooden floors. Plus the scent is very good smell. I would recommend this for anyone with floor that can't get too wet.
