I just bought. Used once. Not impressed. Not much solution comes out and can't see where it goes. Waste if money

Please make handle adjustable

I really like the power mop but my one. Suggestion is to make the handle adjustable. I’m tall and the current length makes my back hurt.

I was expecting it to have a longer handle or extension parts to add if wanted. This is hard for people with back problems. Size is great for my little helper.

Does good job on cleaning, but uses to much cleaner solution. I went through a bottle of cleaner in one cleaning.

If I can't get the refills pads what's the point?

Did all hard floors, no fuss

Used the power mop for the first time today, Easy to assemble and got under tables chairs etc. with ease. A lot quicker than getting out the mop and pail and does the job. Only problem, mine didn’t come with the batteries,

Such a bad handle design, it just comes apart with the smallest amount of pressure. Would return if I could. The handle should be one piece!

Lacks attachment of bottle in cradle.

The solution bottle will not stay in the slot. Every time I want to spray it, I have to push the bottle down and press the button on the handle at the same time. Sometimes the bottle actually falls out onto the floor.

We're so very sorry to hear about this, Patti. With our quality checks, this isn't what we expect especially if the cardboard is remove. If you have not done so already, check the silicone cap, and If the cap is bulging, try unscrewing/rotating the purple cap counterclockwise by 180 degrees. After this step, tilt the bottle on its side for 2-3 seconds to check for liquid leakage. If there is no leakage, insert the bottle into the device. If there is leakage, move the bottle upright, screw back on 180 degrees or rotate clockwise to reclose. Retry the insertion into the device.
