[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Swiffer PowerMop Multi-Surface Starter Kit includes everything needed to thoroughly clean & scrub my floors quickly & easily. The mop head is wider than others which makes the task go much more quickly and the easy release of solution allows me to keep cleaning without missing a beat. The pad has "fingers" which scrub & hold stuck on dirt easily & glide well across the floor surface. The solution has a great, light scent that freshens the entire house & after use, my floors pass the white sock test LOL. I used this on vinyl floor as well as hardwood & it performed well on both. When finished, I really like being able to just toss the pads - the dirt is gone - out of my house & the kit includes a replacement pad. I am very particular about keeping a clean home & the starter kit has everything I need to make it happen. 5 Stars!

Good mop, hate the pads

Great system. Love that the mop is larger can covers more surface, also love that the solution containers are larger.. what I don't like are the new mopping pads!!! They're not as good as the old ones, they seem to push the dirt around more and only locking in a little dirt. That makes it disappointing

Product pricy for alot of households

While this power mop is nice and I love the scent, I don't like having to play with the mop pads to make the strips fluff up so they actually help and do the job they claim to do. Also the replacement pads are wayyyy too expensive! As is the liquid refills. Shame on you Procter & Gamble for such price gouging! And why can't you make this scent available in the regular swiffer?

This product is terrible. I bought one, returned it, bought another and same result. Cleaning solution dribbles out, not even past pad. ITS A TERRIBLE PRODUCT AND NOTCWIRTH THE MONEY!!

When your Swiffer PowerMop has fully-charged batteries in it, and you press the trigger for 2-3 seconds, your spray should land about 10 inches in front of the mopping head. It's possible your batteries need to be replaced or aren't fully inserted into the battery cartridge correctly. We ask you to switch them out with fresh, brand new, one-time-use AA batteries.
