Will not buy again.

Absolutely no indication on either the mop or refill packaging that the refills are slightly different width between the wetjet and power mop, so now I have a box of refills that are just about 2 inches too narrow to be useful. There is no excuse for the omission of this obviously relevant information, how hard would it be to put the width of the refills on the package, or at least make it clear that there is an inexplicable and slight difference? Why on earth are the two mops a different width anyway?? I know how this trick works, of course: By the time the consumer (victim) realizes their mistake, they've already opened the box of refills and bought the mop. They won't do it again, but you don't care, you already got your money, and on a large enough scale, it's probably millions to your bottom line, who cares how many people you duped, right?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We appreciate your feedback and are very sorry you're upset that the cleaning pads for Swiffer WetJet and PowerMop aren't interchangeable. Just so you're aware, the pad dimensions are printed on the outside front of the packaging. For example, each WetJet pad measures 15cm x 30 cm, and each PowerMop pad measures 39.0 x 13.5cm (15.4 in x 5.3 in). Feel free to call us at (800) 742-9220 if you'd like any additional assistance.

I'm very disappointed

I just got mine this morning and I decided to wash my tile kitchen floor. The "fresh scent" is awful! My eyes are burning and the odor is intolerable. I have a terribe headache as I type this. People claim the smell dissipates after 2 hours but I can't make it to one hour. I need to re-wash the floor. The mop itself is made for short people so after washing a really small kitchen floor my back is killing me. I'm giving one star so I can warn people. I'm so disappointed because I've wanted this mop since I saw it advertised on TV. I guess it's better than using a mop and bucket but come on already! Get it right the first time. I'm donating this to the Vets. Maybe they can use it.

It sounds like you already have, but please discontinue the use of the PowerMop and set it aside in case we need to collect it.

Worthless mop!!

The wet jet mop was so much better!!! This mop is absolutely worthless as it just pushes around dust dirt hair & never picks up anything into the mop… I have to then try to sweep up wet dirt of floor. Wish I could return it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had several swiffers thru the years and they never seem to disappoint. I got this swiffer a few weeks back and it works great. It does a good job of cleaning and is easy to use. The swiffer does not disappoint.

This is the mop I have been needing for my floors. I have a large area to clean in my home. This is the perfect mop. It is wide and has sone weight to it with the solution attached. I can mop an area throw away and do another area with fresh cleaning pad.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Defective. Cleaning cartridge doesn’t stay locked

I have the same issues as others. After my first bottle ran out, I bought a new cartridge of power mop solution. I put it in, but it doesn’t stay clicked in place. The purple release button stays in release mode. For the price for the mop, cartridges and pads, I feel the defective nature of this mop is pretty ridiculous. Clearly, this design is not good. Such a waste of money.
