Kit didn’t come with all it said it would.

I received my power mop kit but it was missing the two swiffer pads and the batteries. I was so excited to use my new mop but now have to go out and buy the supplies to use it.

Great but Where's the quality.

I loved the idea of this but after 3 uses it completely stopped spraying. So. It's been sitting there for months cuz it's unusable.

We're sorry to learn you've had this problem with your Swiffer PowerMop, Steph. Because our Quality Team works so hard to make sure that all of our products meet our high standards, we always expect you'll be thrilled when you use your PowerMop. It's possible your machine needs new batteries. Switch out the ones that came with the device with brand-new, one-time-use AA batteries. Ensure they're inserted correctly into the battery compartment, and that you fully reinserted the compartment into your PowerMop. If you get sound but no spray, gently wipe the nozzles with a soft cloth. Call us with an update. We're here Mondays through Fridays, from 9 AM to 6 PM, EST. Our number is 1 (800) 214-8734.

Disappointed

It needs improvement! I had really high hopes for the power mop but the pads don’t stick! It’s very frustrating. I find that I’m always having to stop to make sure the swiffer pad is still on securely. I don’t think I will buy this product again unless they make improvements. Please do better swiffer!

Make sure not to remove anything from the pad, and attach the printed side onto the bottom of mop head using firm pressure. The white and purple strips should be facing the floor. I love this product! It's easy to use, especially when you need to quickly clean up a spill on the floor. I also like the swivel head feature that let's me mop tight against the wall and the floor

Where does the battery go????

I love this mop, it’s perfect for my kitchen area and my hallway! I’m having an issue now though, I have to replace the battery but there is no battery pack or I’m just not seeing where the battery is!!!!!! Can someone help me out with this

pad does not stay on

Super disappointed! Upgraded to a new swiffer power mop and the darn pads do not stay on the bottom! GRRRR. I wonder if the mop is defective or possibley the pads.
