Does not spray.

Bought this product a month ago. Was great when we first started using it. After about a month of use it will not spray anymore.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What you've described isn't something we'd expect, especially since our products go through so much quality testing to ensure perfect condition and function. That being said, we're here to help and have a couple tips to share. If you cannot hear the motor of the device when using it, make sure that it has new batteries and that they're inserted the correct way. If you can hear the motor but it still isn't spraying, the nozzles could be clogged. Brushing them gently might help them to start spraying. Not happy.

Very disappointed that my solution won't lock in place, have to pushed down in order thar solution sprints out to moo. Also I bought extra solution and pads. What to do, to mop very tedious. Anyone have a solution to my problem or is my mop defective. Please help.

I Have wood floors I’d like it to be clean a little, scratch scratch for some of that stuff that’s on the floor sometimes grand babies and I also would like to shine.

Waste of money who the heck has money buy refills

I see so many of these mops in Goodwills. Bought my first one and disappointed cause have to buy refills and they are not reusable. Waste of money gonna throw away used only once. Not spending money for refills its a joke ptoduct. Now I know why they are in Goodwills

This product is junk!

I've only had this Swiffer mop for a few months. The solution bottle wouldn't stay down and kept popping up and then the motor stopped working. I tried all the troubleshooting methods and none worked. I'm so frustrated and disappointed. I don't even think it deserves 1 star.

This product worked for a couple times, now it won’t work at all. I did all I had read to do but nothing works. I don’t recommend it.

If you haven't already, we suggest replacing the batteries with fresh ones that all come from the same pack. As well, check to see that the solution bottle is fully inserted, and try gently brushing the nozzles to help loosen any clogs that may have formed. Great idea, not a great clean.

Although I like the size of the mop head and the idea of versatile cleaning. Both the regular and wood cleaners have a nice scent, they leave a haze over my floors.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. Swiffer is designed not to leave a residue and should provide a great clean on virtually any floor in your home. For best results, make sure the product is suitable for your floor. Do not use the Swiffer WetJet or PowerMop on unfinished, oiled or waxed wooden floors, non-sealed tiles, or carpet. If it is suitable, for best results, sweep or vacuum your floor before using the device. If your floor is brand new, it may have a special coating to protect it during shipping, and this can cause streaking. Streaking and cloudiness can also happen if other cleaning products have been used on the floor recently. In either case, using the product a few more times should solve the problem. If you don't want to use our product to remove the film/residue, feel free to use any cleaner designed for the floor.
