I have used the original Swiffer for more years than I recall. This Brand new Swiffer with all the product items is my request for my birthday gift.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had several swiffers thru the years and they never seem to disappoint. I got this swiffer a few weeks back and it works great. It does a good job of cleaning and is easy to use. The swiffer does not disappoint.

This is the mop I have been needing for my floors. I have a large area to clean in my home. This is the perfect mop. It is wide and has sone weight to it with the solution attached. I can mop an area throw away and do another area with fresh cleaning pad.

Defective. Cleaning cartridge doesn’t stay locked

I have the same issues as others. After my first bottle ran out, I bought a new cartridge of power mop solution. I put it in, but it doesn’t stay clicked in place. The purple release button stays in release mode. For the price for the mop, cartridges and pads, I feel the defective nature of this mop is pretty ridiculous. Clearly, this design is not good. Such a waste of money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Piece of crap

The pads do not stay on. Once you start to mop they fall off, what a waste of money. Going into the garbage.

Swiffer power is good but has defect

I like the power mop except for the handle The snaps that hold it together don't work well and the handle slides and can comes apart easy

Handle disconnect

I bought it and put it together used it maybe 6 times and the handle disconnects after using
