This mop is amazing BUT...

I really loved this mop and would have liked to give it five stars, but the mop stopped working after a month and a half. I tried replacing the batteries and still did not work. I am disappointed because I stocked up on solution, pads, and even convinced family members to upgrade from the PowerJet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Please know, we're here to help as best we can. If you're not hearing the motor, be sure the batteries are all one-time use batteries, from the same pack, and are inserted correctly with the door closed all the way until it clicks. Why sell a product with no refills available???

The product is great but I cannot find refills either in store or on line and I am not at all pleased with this situation!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked this new PowerMop up at the store after our old original one broke and it works so well! I don't have to dread mopping the floors anymore because this product makes it so easy to get the job done. Highly recommend!

Great mop, wish they made an unscented cleaner. The two that are offered are too strong of a scent for the hubby.

Good product - I like it.

Tried this product and somewhat liked it. First of all, I'm 80 years old and have back problems. This product was a bit heavy (due to the bottle of cleaner) and hard to move around the floor. It did do a great job on my kitchen and bathroom floors. I like it's swivel ability which made baseboard cleaning easy. Is there a way to shorten the stick that I hold? It's too long for this short person. I do like it and will keep it.

Great mop!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this new swiffer power mop! I had the original one for quite a while but I find this one to be so much better. I love the extra wide head it gives me so much mire cleaning area. The solution makes my house smell fresh for so long after I'm done cleaning. The new scrubbing pads are so great to get the deep down dirt out of the floors and they are so absorbent.
