Product doesnt work

On my 3rd unit and it to has stopped spraying. As 2x before, completed all the recommended steps but nothing. Expensive piece of garbage

Disappointing-cheaply made

I really like this mop when it works. The problem is that it stops working after a few months. I purchased a second mop because the first one stopped working. I thought maybe it was just a fluke. Now I see that it is the product itself. I did all the troubleshooting and followed all the instructions. I have already read that Swifer goes through an extensive quality check, but with a 2.8 overall satisfaction rating you have to know it’s not working. This mop isn’t inexpensive and now I am stuck with solution and pads I cannot use. Maybe this is the point so I keep purchasing a replacement. Well, in this case 3rd time will not be a charm. I am so disappointed because like I stated before I do like this mop when it actually works.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The best out there!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The starter kit is amazing. Comes with the mop, 2 mopping pads and the power mop liquid. The mop is easy to assemble and require 2 batteries (included). The pad is also very easy to attach. The mopping pads contains a lot of strips which helps in holding the dirt off the floor. The length is pretty great so it's easy to cover a lot of ground in one pass. The pads a really durable and the liquid smells nice. Cleaning also is easy without much effort required. Overall this starter kit is a great value bundle. Definitely recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love the start kit and how the pad has the loose ends it's similar to a rope mop. when I'm on6 the corner and the brushes on pad get the area easily. It cleans the floors good and the mop is easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Swiffer PowerMop Multi-Surface Kit for Floor Cleaning for free in exchange for my honest opinion and I'm so glad I did. I used to buy these back in the day but I was convinced it was just moving the dirt around my floor instead of cleaning it. This Swiffer did the complete opposite. My floors look incredible. I don't see a single speck of dirt and the floor isn't sticky. I love that I no longer have to wash the floors on my hands and knees..which tends to hurt after a bit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works great! Getting rid of my mop and bucket!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely LOVE my swiffer power-mop multi surface starter kit! I was able to get rid of my mop and bucket and clean up is so much faster and better with this kit. My floors are so clean no dirt, no stickiness no scrubbing! The mop is wide and really sprays well! The pads pick up alot of dirt and hair and actually fits into pretty tight corners of my floor. Its very well made ..not flimsy at all…very solid and maneuverable. I dont like to clean but with this kit everything’s made easier and actually enjoyable! I cant say enough good things about this kit…LOVE IT!!!

Stopped working after only using 5 times! Unbelievable! I changed the batteries and the solution but it still doesn’t work!

I would have loved this mop if it had worked like it was supposed to. The bottle of cleaning solution does not stay clicked into place so I have to bend over and engage the bottle every time I want to spray solution. I have 2500 square feet of tile in my house that is a lot of bending over. I bought a ton of cleaning solutions and mop clothes when I purchased the power mop. As soon as I use it up, I will throw out the mop.
