This product cleans my floor beyond clean! It really gets down into the grooves and crevices in my floor and makes them sparkle!

This mop is bigger which is great. But the button that holds the stick together continues to come undone . The stick is as weak as the other wet swifter. Disappointed it’s not stronger

Cleaning solution bottle will not click into place

Mine worked great...at first. When the cleaning solution ran out, I pressed the button to release the empty bottle. It popped out, just as it was supposed to do. The new bottle, however, would not click into place. In order to squirt out the cleaning solution, I have to manually push it down before pressing the trigger button. I'm now debating whether to keep using it this way, or buy a new one. It seems many others have encountered this same issue, some with two different mops. I'm hoping Swiffer makes improvements on this product and manufactures more. This mop has great potential to be a great product.

If the cap on the solution bottle is bulging, we suggest that you follow these troubleshooting steps:-unscrew/rotate the cap counterclockwise by 180 degrees or half a rotation. -After this step, tilt the bottle on its side for 2-3 seconds to check for liquid leakage. -If no leakage, insert the bottle into the device. -If there is leakage, move the bottle upright, screw back on 180 degrees or rotate clockwise to reclose. Product will not stay snapped together at pole

I give it one star because it will not stay snapped together at the very first snap button on the pole . This is actually a design flaw . This will come apart on all swiffer power mops . Not just mine . Notified swiffer of the problem . They sent a coupon for another . Well I guess that was nice of them but they really need to fix the problem or everyone will have the same problem .

Be prepared to change cloths every few swipes

The cloths dry up super fast on wood floors. If there is any dust or particles it can scratch your floor. Wish it came in a neutral or different scent. I do not like the rotted fruit smell. I do like the concept and the mop does navigate easily but the handle is too short. I am only 5' 2" but you have to bend to push it and it hurts my back. I can't emphasize enough they dry up so fast and that rotted fruit smell they have is gross. Only slightly more handy than a regular mop.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very disappointed

Doesn’t work out of the box! Added batteries, connected everything inserted cleaning solution and it will not work! I even watched some YouTube videos but nothing could get this power mop working.

Hold the button on the handle for several seconds until spray comes out of the nozzle; you may need to squeeze the solution bottle gently while pressing the spraying button. We also recommend to try fresh batteries as well as making sure the battery door is closed all the way until it clicks.
