Love the mop but I need battery pack replacement

Long time swifter lover but I’ve lost the battery pack for my swifter power mop. Where can I order a replacement? Any way you can assist with this to my my power mop up and running again? Please 🙏🏻

New bottle of cleaner does not click in help

I have purchased 3 times the swiffer power mop. I love it. but when the first bottle empties and I put a new bottle in ..it does not click in at all. This is the 3rd one I've tried. I have exchanged the last 2 because of same issue. Not happy customer 😒

Because of the hard work of our Quality Team, we’re confident everything with your PowerMop, including its Cleaning Solution bottles, should work as expected. We’re truly sorry to learn about this and want to help. When you first get your PowerMop, there’s a piece of corrugated cardboard positioned underneath the Cleaning Solution bottle that comes with it. Be sure it’s been removed. While you’re looking to see if that cardboard’s gone, check the silicone cap on the bottle. If you see that it’s bulging, unscrew/rotate the purple cap counterclockwise by 180 degrees or half a rotation. After doing that, tilt the bottle on its side for 2-3 seconds to check for liquid leakage. If you don’t see a leak, reinsert the bottle. If you do see a leak, move the bottle upright, screw back on 180 degrees or rotate clockwise to reclose. Retry the insertion into the device. Give us an update if this helped. We’re available Mondays through Fridays, from 9 AM to 6 PM, EST. Call us at 1 (800) 214-8734.

Should find a way to make them in America

Really? The bottle is refusing to click into place. I just can't! Life is to hard to have such a disappointing product. I rarely leave reviews, but I'm genuinely heartbroken that this easy to assemble mop can't pull off the win.

Please know, our Quality Team shares that everything with your PowerMop should work as expected, so we do apologize for this. Be sure that you’ve removed the piece of corrugated cardboard that's positioned under the Cleaning Solution bottle when you first get your machine. Waste of money. Jammed after two uses.

What a waste of $$. I bought the starter pack along with refills for both the wood floor and regular floor. I used the power mop two maybe three times and now when I press the button, I hear the motor but nothing comes out. Of course I already threw away my receipt so I’m just out!! Not happy at all!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!

Would not recommend

I'm over 65 with shoulder issues, so it being lightweight was what got my attention. I wanted to love this product, but I would not recommend. Mop stop working after first bottle of solution used up. Changed batteries and nothing. Solution did not break down stains and dirt as advertised, so I had to work hard at scrubbing to get up dirt and stains. Couldn't find receipt so I didn't return

This mop is amazing BUT...

I really loved this mop and would have liked to give it five stars, but the mop stopped working after a month and a half. I tried replacing the batteries and still did not work. I am disappointed because I stocked up on solution, pads, and even convinced family members to upgrade from the PowerJet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Why sell a product with no refills available???
