Fundamentally flawed

Worked out of the box with no problem. I let it sit for a few months (don’t live in this house permanently) and when I tried using it again: nothing. Motor not even trying. Tried three sets of batteries, check the connections, nothing. Just dead. AFTER ONE USE! Reading the other reviews, I’m not the only one. Looks like there is a fundamental flaw in this product P&G: do something about it!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My hopes were quickly dashed with this "mop."

I should have paid attention to the reviews. Purchased this mop and had very high hopes for it but my hopes were quickly dashed. First, the mop is kind of flimsy and the battery pack is kind of pointless. There is no power, only a hum when it squirts the water. You also have to exert a lot of muscle to get the floor cleaned. Using the word "power" deceives a customer because it is not at all powerful. The pads do not stick easily. Should have stayed with the spin mop

To get the best results, we suggest making sure that you sweep or vacuum your floors first before using our PowerMop to mop. For tougher messes, we recommend spraying some solution on the spot and let it sit for a few seconds before mopping it up. As well, the pads can be attached by pressing the printing side against the PowerMop head using firm pressure. Don't waste your money

Used this product once and it stopped spraying. I changed the batteries and still nothing. I even purchased the refills of solution and pads right away as well, so I have all these products and no mop..
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If you have not done so already, ensure the batteries you're using are alkaline and not rechargeable or carbon-zinc. Worst cleaning mop ever

Expensive to repurchase . pads hardly pick up anything. they claim hundred of scrubbing pads which is a joke. they are few and far between.. it does not work on spills as therere are too few strips. Does not even clean well. This is nothing but overpriced garbage. It does not capture dust, it just lumps it and moves it around

Help!

I really liked this mop BUTit stopped spraying about 3/4 of the way through the very first bottle. I replaced the batteries but it still does not spray.
My previous model is still working after 3 years.

Disappointed

I wanted to upgrade my current Swiffer Wet Jet and saw this Power Mop in the grocery store. The first one I brought home, the spray bottle would not click into place. I returned it for another one. The same thing, the bottle does not click into place. My husband had to wedge a small piece of cardboard to keep it attached.
